Oore CI
Operate OoreInstances

Switch Oore instances

Change the active backend without mixing sessions or instance data.

Switching changes which backend is authoritative for the current browser view. Each saved instance keeps its own sign-in and visible data.

What you need

Add at least two backends with Add another Oore instance.

Switch the active instance

  1. Open the instance switcher in the sidebar.
  2. Select the backend label you want. You can also use the displayed Command-number shortcut for that entry.
  3. Sign in if that instance has no current session or its session expired.

The UI then shows only that instance’s projects, builds, and settings.

Verify the result

Read the active label and backend URL in the sidebar. Open Settings > Runners and confirm its runner inventory belongs to the selected instance. Switch back and confirm the first instance’s session and data are restored without crossing into the second.

Troubleshooting

If you see data from the wrong environment, stop and confirm the active label before taking an action. If an instance asks you to sign in again, its independent session may have expired or its backend URL may have changed.

Next step

Learn how multiple instances stay separate.
