Oore CI
CLI

`oore build run`

Queue a build of a pipeline, optionally naming the workflow to run.

oore build run --pipeline <ID> [--workflow NAME] [--branch BRANCH] [--commit SHA]
               [--platform PLATFORM]... [--daemon-url <URL>] [--token <TOKEN>] [--json]

The command looks up the pipeline’s project, then queues a build with POST /v1/projects/{project_id}/builds, as Run build in the web UI does. It needs a signed-in session (oore login, --token, or OORE_SESSION_TOKEN) with build access to the project.

OptionEffect
--pipeline IDThe pipeline to build. Required.
--workflow NAMEThe .oore.yaml version 2 workflow to run. Defaults to the pipeline’s default workflow, then the only one.
--branch BRANCHThe branch to build. Defaults to the project’s default branch.
--commit SHAThe exact commit to build, instead of the branch head.
--platform PLATFORMBuild only android, ios or macos. Repeat for several. Defaults to every platform the build plans.
--daemon-urlBackend URL; otherwise uses environment, CLI config, then loopback.
--tokenSession token; otherwise OORE_SESSION_TOKEN or the stored session.
--jsonPrint the queued build as JSON.
oore build run --pipeline pipe_123 --workflow release --branch main
oore build run --pipeline pipe_123 --workflow adhoc --platform android
Queued build #48 of Multi-platform Release, workflow release, on main
Build id: build_456

When the pipeline’s file defines several workflows and the pipeline has no default workflow, name one with --workflow. Otherwise the daemon refuses the build with invalid_workflow and lists the workflows the file defines. The daemon checks the name against the file at the commit it builds. Use oore pipeline workflows to see the names first.
